Check-In: 3:00-5:00PM. Special Late Check-In by REQUEST ONLY. If you are going to be later than 7PM, please notify the front desk ASAP for special late check-in instructions. Our front desk closes promptly at 7:50PM (Pacific Standard Time) every evening

Check-Out: 11:00AM. If we can we will accommodate a late check-out but at an additional hourly fee.

We are a Smoke Free Inn. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, which includes not only the guest rooms but the grounds and the outside decks and patios. Guests smoking in rooms will be charged a minimum of $250 for cleaning and repair. The final charge will include all actual costs plus any lost income.

Damages: Guests are responsible for excessive cleaning, damages to or breakage of the Inn's Property. Final Expenses will be based upon actual documented costs, plus any lost income.

FREE PARKING at the Inn is limited and designed to fit compact cars only- NO trucks, vans or SUVs. There is FREE on-street parking in front of the Inn with a 2 hour limit between 10:00AM and 4:00PM. Overnight and all day Sunday parking is FREE with unlimited time. There is also unlimited time parking on streets adjacent to the Inn. We will be happy to give you more parking information upon your arrival.

Gift Certificates, Charitable Donation Certificates, etc. cannot be redeemed for cash, are non-transferable and discounts do not apply if using them to make a reservation.

A Credit Card and relative information will be taken for every reservation and kept on file regardless of method of final payment or use of a Gift Certificate or Charitable Donation Certificate, etc.

Minimum Stay Requirements when using Gift Certificates, Charitable Donation Certificates, Coupons, etc. :
- Weekends: A 2 Night Minimum (If reservation includes a Saturday Night)
- Holidays, Special Local Events & Seasonal Times of Year : Require a Minimum Stay of 3 or more Nights.

As a small independently owned Inn, cancellations affect us dearly. WE UNDERSTAND that plans change at the last minute. We hope you understand that, as a small B&B with limited availability, we must enforce our cancellation policies.

NON-REFUNDABLE:
- Reservations made for stays in JUNE, JULY and AUGUST, HOLIDAYS or SPECIAL LOCAL EVENTS (and their Minimum Stay Requirements) are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Cancellations due to Inclement Weather or Natural or Man-Made Disasters are NON- REFUNDABLE if we do not receive notice of cancellation by the required Cancellation dates outlined below or if the dates of your stay do not qualify.

OTHERWISE, TO RECEIVE a FULL REFUND, less the $50 Cancellation/ Processing Fee, you agree to give us NOTICE of Cancellation, by FAX OR EMAIL, by the Cancellation Deadlines outlined below. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours , please call to make sure we received your request.

Corporate and Business travelers only. Mid-week Only (Sunday through Thursday).

Run of the House- Select any one of our 11 guest rooms. Exceptions are the Gill Penthouse, Holiday Suite, Pacific View and Fiesta guest rooms which are available at a Discounted Rate but not at the Standard Corporate Rate. Mid-Week, Sunday through Thursday Only. Does not apply to Holidays, Special Events and weekends with their minimum stay requirements.

Dogs can be accommodated in the "Bird Rock Cottage" guest room ONLY. The pet is not allowed in any other guest room or interior public areas of the Inn out of respect for our guests and staff who suffer from allergies.

No more than one dog and a 50 Lbs. maximum weight limit.

No Cats out of consideration for our guests who may have allergies.

Refundable $200 Damage Deposit is required and an extra $50 per night lodging fee. If there is damage greater than $200.00 the guest agrees to pay, upon receipt, for the full amount of the actual damages incurred plus any lost income.

A waiver must be signed at check in that you will be responsible for reimbursement of all actual damages.

Pets must never be left unattended in the guest rooms or on the premises and are not allowed in the dinning room or the interior public areas of the Inn. We will provide a comfy area in the garden for your pets while you are enjoying your breakfast.

We provide Pet Sheets to protect the furniture. Plastic disposal bags must be disposed of in the trash containers in the park or other public disposal areas - not on the premises or in waste baskets on the B&B property whether in guest room or any public B&B receptacle.
