Dogs can be accommodated in the "Bird Rock Cottage" guest room ONLY. The pet is not allowed in any other guest room or public areas or other part of the inn out of respect for our guests and staff who suffer from allergies.

No more than one dog and a 50 Lbs. maximum weight limit.

No Cats out of consideration for our guests who may have allergies.

Refundable $200 Damage Deposit is required and an extra $50 per night lodging fee. If there is damage greater than $200.00 the guest agrees to pay, upon receipt, for the full amount of the actual damages incurred, plus lost income.

A waiver must be signed at check in that you will be responsible for reimbursement of all actual damages.

Pets must never be left unattended in the guest rooms or on the premises and are not allowed in the dinning room or the interior public areas of the Inn. We will provide a comfy area in the garden for your pets while you are enjoying your breakfast.

We provide Pet Sheets to protect the furniture. Plastic disposal bags must be disposed of in the trash containers in the park or other public disposal areas - not on the premises or in waste baskets on the B&B property whether in guest room or any public B&B receptacle.
